Clubber of the Month: Ashley

Ladies and Gentlemen, our Clubber of the Month for May is.... ASHLEY! Hang out with her for more than 2 minutes and you'll know why. She is kind, helpful, loving, and servant-hearted! She looks out for the interests of others and doesn't want credit for the good things she does for the Lord! She shares the truth about Jesus with friends at school and she strives to know God more. Way to be, Ashley!!

After Club Questions: ACQ's

Parents make sure to check out the new addition to Ozark K-Life's weekly clubs.  After Club Questions or ACQ's.  We will be providing you updated information on what we are covering for K-Life club talks and questions you can ask your children afterwords. There will be new topics every 3 weeks covering life's big and little challenges.  We encourage you to be a part of your child's life and challenge them with After Club Questions.

Glorify

"Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16

We want kids to realize that they were created for the glory of God.  Their lives and every decision they make can be used to fulfill that purpose.  No matter where they are and what they do there is a responsibility to choose what’s right and to make Christ known.  Throughout a typical school week, K-Life kids come into contact with hundreds of people.  We want them to realize they have an opportunity to share Christ with those people with their actions as well as their words.

The challenge has been set and the opportunity to change the world starts today.  We are determined to prepare and equip the youth in Ozark to glorify the Father not just at the peak of the mountain, but also in the depths of the valley; not just on Sunday morning, but also on Saturday night.  We want every student to know the purpose of their life and how they can be a part of something bigger than themselves. We want every life that is involved with K-Life to show how the ordinary in Ozark are able to live the extraordinary life with the help of a personal God.  We want each and every kid to make the most of each and every opportunity to glorify Him.

Adopt-A-SmallGroup

Small groups are an important part of our ministry here in Ozark and provide for many students a community of friends and Christian leaders to teach, train, and equip them through the Word of God.  We are looking for people willing to adopt a small group to provide small group leaders opportunities to better pursue students in their small group.  Options can be anything from bringing treats to small group meetings, transportation to and from a small group event, or opening up your house for a movie night.  There is no limit on how often you provide for your adopted small group but we are asking that twice a semester something be done for a adopted small group.  Feel free to ask small group leaders, or talk to Goose or  Christy for information and ideas on how to help out.  Thanks for joining us in reaching out to kids in Ozark.
